Our Leathers
BOXCALF The most commonly used leather for footwear, Boxcalf is given its color and shine at the tannery, and will develop a beautiful patina over time. Our boxcalf leathers are from Weinheimer, du Puy and Annonay. |
VEGANO Vegano leathers are not given their final color and shine at the tannery, putting them in a semi-unfinished state which is ideal for patinas, burnishing and other color work. From Tanneries d'Annonay (France). |
BALTIMORA Soft and with a penchant to take colors easily, our Baltimora full grain calf is used mostly for MTO commissions, where colors are bright, smooth and glossy. |
PATINA With Annonay natural crust, our artisans use dyes to create colored patterns and effects on the leather, ensuring that no two pairs look alike. |
WAX Waxy leather with a slightly distressed effect. Will age and patina beautifully over time. |
SUEDE High quality reverse suede from the underside of full grain leather is used in certain styles |
