I'm pleased with the Matthew Double Monkstrap - well made and good leather quality. I would also like to give a special mention to Mr David Loh, the promoter of JA at Takashimaya, who went the extra-mile to polish and buff the shoes before handing them to me. Thank you and much appreciated!
Shoetree cedar, are excellent and delivered in time! 100% recommend!
I really like these shoe trees. They appear very well made and fit my shoes well. The fresh cedar smell is awesome and the knob pulls are easier to use when removing the trees than the flat wood handles used on other trees!

Good quality product
The quality of the shoes are top-notch!
From the sole to the leather material used are really good, easily better than those normal leather shoes you find at shopping malls and online.
I like the pair for it’s quality leather. Just a small light scratch which should be able to be be polished away. Well packaged!
Nice shoes and high quality
Well made, stylish, hopefully long lasting
Well built, reasonably priced for what it is in terms of leather and construction. A local brand worth patronising!
This is my fourth pair of JA shoes. I had some issues with this pair due to a slight defect and the exchange and service provided by their staff at the showroom was excellent. Mr David provided a fantastic service and a great personality. Thank you
Took one size down as recommended. Fits like a glove.
Great pair of shoes and excellent customer service.
Bought two pairs of shoe trees from JA. They seem to be of good quality and genuine red cedar; which is superior in quality and absorbency as to white cedar. Overall, happy with the purchase.
Purchased a shoe horn from JA using my points. It seems a worthy purchase for $10 value but it could have better paint job. Mine had a slight variation of texture in the paint. Other than that, it seems like a good quality shoe horn to carry along travels and for daily use.
